AI for documents that cannot go to a public AI service

Your specialists receive answers, evidence and drafts from the documents you choose to put in — text, charts, tables and scanned pages included — each checked before it reaches them and traceable to its source. It all runs on a private installation in a Swiss high-security facility, dedicated to your organisation alone.

For client, patient and partner material you hold under an obligation of confidence
For archives too large to read in full
For answers that can be checked against their sources
For life sciences, defence and financial services, where the file has to hold up

The problem

Your most valuable documents are the ones you cannot upload

Every organisation holds an archive it cannot hand to a public AI service: clinical dossiers, regulatory submissions, tender files, deal rooms, client files, drawings, specifications held on behalf of somebody else.

That material is where a company’s real knowledge sits — years of accumulated work and hard-won experience. Most of it is out of reach when it is needed. RUNA makes it available to the work in front of you. Your people work faster and more precisely, drawing on years of accumulated knowledge rather than only on what someone happens to remember.

What RUNA is

A private AI installation that belongs to your organisation alone

The combination is what makes RUNA different: an installation that is yours alone, in Switzerland, and every answer checked against your approved documents before anyone relies on it. That is why it can be used for work that has to hold up.

Your own installation

Dedicated to your organisation, in a Swiss high-security facility inside a mountain, sized to your archive and extended as it grows. Your documents and questions are never passed to an AI provider or any other outside party.

Answers checked before you see them

Every answer is checked against your documents.

Your archive stays yours

Never used to train a model. You decide what goes in, and you can remove documents permanently.

How your data is protected
What sets it apart

Built for archives as they are

RUNA grew out of a real business need, so it is built for documents as they actually live inside an organisation: every format, several versions of the same file, scans, duplicates, and much of the meaning held in charts and tables. You do not need to structure or clean anything before it goes in; RUNA organises it on the way in. We prefer it that way, because it means all the relevant material goes in, not just the parts someone had time to tidy.

It reads the whole document

Figures in charts, table images, scanned pages and drawings are read as well as the text, so they can inform an answer.

It shows what is missing

Gaps in the archive, inconsistencies between documents and thinly supported statements are identified, not smoothed over.

It is delivered, not assembled

A complete installation, configured with you against your own document hierarchy and maintained by RUNA. Nothing for your team to build or tune.

How it works
What people use it for

The work it prepares for your specialists

Answer a question that spans years of files

"What did we conclude about this, and where is it written down?" Asked of the whole archive at once, with the passages shown.

Today: two or three specialists, several days, and a doubt that something was missed.

Assemble the evidence behind a submission or a bid

What the archive holds on a subject, each claim cited, with the gaps identified before a reviewer identifies them for you.

Today: weeks of assembly, and gaps discovered late in review.

Bring a new colleague up to a decade of context

New people ask the archive instead of interrupting the two colleagues who have read it all.

Today: months of shadowing, and knowledge that leaves when people do.

In life sciences, defence and financial services — and in law firms, executive search, hotel groups, defence suppliers and industrial companies protecting a patented product or non-public customer data. Wherever the documents are confidential and the answers have to be right.

The next step

Start with a briefing

Start with a half-hour briefing: no preparation, and nothing you need to tell us about your documents. We show you what the system does, answer whatever you ask, and you decide from there.

A briefing

Half an hour in which we explain the system and discuss what you need. If it is not right for your situation, we will let you know.
